Ahmad Amini is an internationally educated MBA and a current student of IEP Business Management at York University. With extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager/Coordinator, Ahmad brings valuable skills and insights to his role at R-SEAT. As the Executive Assistant to the Co-Managing Directors, he ensures they and the whole team can work efficiently and effectively.

Growing up in the Middle East, Ahmad witnessed the challenges faced by refugees firsthand. This early exposure sparked his lifelong concern for humanitarian issues. During his undergraduate years in the early 2010s, Ahmad was actively involved in humanitarian initiatives, taking on roles such as fundraiser lead and case worker.

In Canada, Ahmad continues his commitment to refugee issues. Whether through his witnessing experience or deep empathy, he remains deeply concerned about these topics and volunteers with refugee-led organizations to provide mentorship and support to refugees building new lives in Canada. Ahmad believes that refugees have immense potential and that their talents should be recognized and utilized to improve society. He works tirelessly to ensure their voices are heard and their contributions benefit communities everywhere, exemplifying his dedication and belief in the power of individual efforts to make a difference.
